Sarah Rawlings, LMFT

Sarah is deeply motivated by a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and experience meaningful, lasting change. Over the past seven years in clinical practice, she has worked with individuals, couples, and families to rebuild connection, strengthen relationships, and move toward a greater sense of fulfillment. Sarah believes that even in the midst of hardship, growth and healing are possible, and she works to create a therapeutic environment that is both empathetic and honest—where clients feel safe, understood, and supported in the process of change.

She specializes in couples therapy and works with clients navigating shame and self-esteem concerns, relationship dynamics, grief, trauma, and the unique experiences of parenting neurodivergent children. Sarah brings warmth, insight, and a grounded, relational approach to her work, helping clients better understand themselves, shift patterns, and create more connected and intentional lives.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Life from Brigham Young University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, with an emphasis in couples therapy, from Northcentral University.

Outside of her work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, their three sons, and their yellow lab. She loves being with family and friends, reading, and spending time outdoors—and is always happy to find a great spot for burgers and fries.
